About Dan Lewer
Dan Lewer is a public school teacher, author, and content creator. He started History For Humans to provide story-based history videos with full lesson plans so teachers can cut the lecture and engage with students more. For eleven years, Dan has been a social studies teacher in a Title-1, public high school and in 2020 he was named the Hawai’i History Teacher of the Year. He has traveled all across the United States visiting teachers in every education setting and environment and he loves working with both students and teachers.
